At MedsReviewed, we offer a range of services which makes us more than just a Medication Review Company!
Supply of Medications: This allows us to monitor medication use at the time of dispensing or supply request, thus allowing us to intervene and avoid the claiming of unrelated medications and the prolonged use of high-risk medications.
Medication Reviews: We collaborate with Case Managers to establish the focus and objectives of our Medication Reviews so we can provide a customised report which is tailored to their specific needs. Our comprehensive reports, created in consultation with treating practitioners, feature targeted recommendations and straightforward titration plans when necessary, which we can assist Case Managers to implement. All our Pharmacists are accredited to conduct Medication Reviews.
Medication Monitoring: We can monitor all the medications injured people are claiming for and provide detailed regular updates on the suitability and safety of their medication profiles. This allows us to recommend Medication Reviews as soon as necessary before addiction or harmful effects arise. Data collection via receipts of claimed medications enables preventative and proactive management of high-risk medications. This allows us to intervene before addiction or secondary injuries occur.
Medication Counselling: For complex claims that need further support and expert management we provide a specialised Medication Counselling Service in which we give extra advice and support directly to the injured person and assist their treating practitioners in the titration of addictive medications.
Medication Education Sessions: We also offer education sessions to provide Case Managers with the necessary knowledge to enable them to identify high-risk medications which require a Medication Review.
